Clement, Maile, Straw.

The worst possible trio to come up with the bases loaded and nobody out.

Tough decision on whether to pinch hit cuz Joe Smith is trash and they would have taken him out. Why Maile swung at the first pitch is beyond me. Was hoping one of those guys could have worked a walk.

One could argue it was too early to go to the bench but egads, that was not Tito's finest hour. If Reyes is hurting that's one thing, but if not, he shouldn't be in LF come next inning. That was bleeping embarrassing.
 
Recall: MLB wants it's Gold Glove back..
 
If Tito pinch hits for Clement, we lose our DH in a close game.

If he pinch hits for Maile and Hedges gets hurt in the next three innings, we are screwed.
 
Dude has a beer belly, and doesn't deserve to see the field. Hit more homers, stop striking out so much, and you can get some precious field time..

Very simple. Pinch hit Kwan, Naylor. or Palocios. Miller to third and Naylor to first. So whay if they swith to a lefty there. Just boneheaded management decisions by Tito.
