keep him until the trading deadline.. as the earliest he is dealt..I really don't doubt that right now, Gimenez will get an extension offer of some type... Amed is going to be a flip of the coin whether or not he is in Cleveland in 23... To be sincere, if we don't get a good offer for him, they have to keep him...
otherwise during the off season & before the GM/Owners/Winter meetings .. it's two or three years plus the last year of his control/arb III.. Something like $ 28 MM over three years plus a club/player vesting option for the fourth year at $ 14MM,, If he rejects it.. then a trade will ensue.. The numbers could be higher.. but, probably not lower..
