So many times Cleveland has been on the other end of this situation.

This guy is a stud. Plays aggressive as hell, but does it smart.

Cavs never should have gotten their hands on him.

I was astonished when we got him. He was my dream center for the Cavs. And the dream came true.

I couldn't understand when the Nets didn't run more offense through him. We won't have that problem in Cleveland.
 
Jarrett Allen is a critical core piece of this franchise. He should be an untouchable asset with regards to trades.

IMO he’s very underrated because Garland, Mobley and Mitchell get most of the attention on this team. But he is a monster lob threat, a great rim protector, always grabbing rebounds and is playing like a top 5 center so far this year.

He made the all star team, not sure Allen is under rated, he is also getting consideration for team USA.

If anything, NJ is kicking themselves for letting him go.

The simple numbers prove it. Won only 9 of 26 games after he went down last year. If he played healthy in the play-in (he was a shell of himself against ATL), the Cavs definitely don't lose both games.

I thought that both Garland and Mobley were underrated this offseason. Maybe among national TV guys (shit, they won't even talk about Mitchell now that he's in Cleveland), but digging through NBA YouTube, all the basketball heads love them both.

Yeah…honestly YouTubers/podcasters have much better discussion than any media talking heads. Even former beat writers like Chris Broussard are terrible analysts. Nick Wright, for example , is smart, but is chasing clicks like the rest of them and only talks about 6 different teams.

Also, most former and current players are terrible at really talking basketball. Oddly.
