Any Anime watchers?

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Finished Trigun. I loved it I think it’s one of my favs too now.

I see there is a new one? Just from the looks of it I don’t think I’ll watch it.
Trigun Stampede is like what Capcom did to Dante in DMC. It's an oversimplified CW-lite version of the original property, but…. It was still fun to play. The CG animation in Stampede is stunning, but the narrative is a bit flattened compared to the original. Despite that, I believe it's worth watching an episode or two. Trigun is weird because the original anime is also mostly not canon to manga. This one is like a remix of old and new.

Came here to drop this.

Dragon Ball GT is generally inferior BUT super saiyan 4 is one of the best transformations to come out of the franchise. Much better than the pallet swaps on the god forms.

You dont like super sayian 1 in blue/red/black? I am just waiting for a green one and then we can get the super sayian rangers going!

Finished DBZ.

I liked how they brought back tons of people for the final spirit bomb. The nod to OG Dragon Ball storylines was nice.

Didn't we already have a multi-planet spirit bomb to defeat Freiza? Why only stick to a single planet to defeat someone orders of magnitude stronger?

It feels kinda dumb when we know Buu can simply move out of the way of the Spirit Bomb and he's standing there just watching it come and kill him.

Yeah the end of it is a little wonky, but I remember that fight was awesome to watch as a kid

@foucault87

They need to get the writers for Horimiya of their butts and make a second season. There is so much change going from high school to college/working a job. So much material is possible haha

Great show. Wouldnt mind a second season but its really easy to screw up.

I'm not saying rush it, but we need shows that legitimately need/places put legit effort into the second seasons...

Like By the Grace of the Gods second season so far has been horrible in my mind. They are so far from the light novel that it's almost a completely different story in my mind.

We want to see second seasons but they need to be done right.

It doesnt sadly, but I feel like it has such strong characters that if the same group got together and put the time and effort into it, I believe they could make a strong story.

The most adjustments in their lives always happens after high school... Where are they working? Are they going to university? How will the groups relationships work after they are all separated? Heck I am sure there are fan fictions out there for the story as well...
