Just turned 25 years old a couple of days ago. Has played a little over half of his career snaps in the slot too.

Spotrac projects 4/41 and 10.3 AAV and PFF projects 3/22.5 for 7.5 AAV.

I don't think the Browns could go anywhere near either of those numbers, but if his market is a lot lower...

After seeing the Meyers and Juju contracts, I'd definitely anticipate something closer to the PFF prediction for Hardman

Yeah I think 7.5 AAV is still probably too far beyond where they'd want to go for a WR3.
 
My new favorite player for the Browns sitting in the free agency bargain bin is 25 year old Rasheem Green.

Drafted in the third by Seattle and last played with the Texans, he is a big body at 6'4 and 280, also ran a 4.7 40 yard dash. He's a great athlete who is still a little unrefined after five pro seasons.

That said, he has also piled up 29 starts, 35 QB hits, and 17 sacks in his pro career. I could see him as a strong third edge or 3 tech.

That P Campbell contract is a game changer.

If Hardman is willing to do a one year prove it deal, this might actually happen.

Agreed. Really pulling for him to totally ball out this season and have the season and opportunity he deserves as a human. A short stint but one of my favorite Browns QBs.
