That was Garland hanging onto the ball, trying to get fouled to be the guy at the line to close the game hoping it'll get him going..

Right now he's pressing, and it's resulted in him doubling down a little too hard on himself..
 
Wow, hadn't looked at the game thread since halftime...just read from there and my God it was amazing to see so many of exact phrases spelled out, lol ..but so damn fun to go through it again.

What's there to say? What a fun flipping game!
 
Watching the game again, we were down by 10 pts with less than 3 min 40 sec remaining. What a crazy finish.

What is even crazier is that Strus made all 5 3s within that span. Wow!
 
What a tremendous all around game from Max….defensive hustle, never giving up on the play, blocked shots and going off when we needed him most. I think it’s safe to say that offensively that’s what we were hoping for when we signed him. The other aspects of his game are so much better than anticipated

I never was down on Strus. Even though I gripe alot there are inconsitencies with role players. That is on the coach to decipher the match ups thru game film. Ill even give Niang a pass as long as he doesnt log more minutes than Wade. Its short sightedness to destroy a players confidence by prematurely yanking them if they are part of the long term goal. Garland is not unfortunately and I like him. Teams will destroy us from the perimeter. Nice win Cavs. U may not be as physical as the 90s Knicks but u showed alot heart tonight and that means the most
