Quin Snyder, on Jordan Clarkson: "He tends to be the guy that gets you a bucket when you need it and he takes pride in that. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that he's really locked in defensively as well."
Paul George gets judged at a higher level because of the way he's acted in his career.
He's the one who called himself "Playoff Paul" and he's the one he wanted out of Indy and then out of OKC. Normally guys want out because the team isn't winning enough so when they do that and get to where they wanna go, then they better go win.with players no
I cannot believe he changed is number AGAIN and no one is picking up on it.Why isn’t anyone talking about LeBron’s potential number change? You’d think this would be a hot topic.

lol a little dirty?Man just occurred to me that if we got a Suns-Nets Finals, we' have Paul vs Harden. And they don't like each other anymore. And Chris Paul is known for getting a little dirty from time to time.

Chris Paul is probably the dirtiest player in the NBA at the moment and has been for a long time.

I'm sure there is a reason for his style of game, but Giannis just doesn't look that special to me anymore. He cannot beat teams who pack the paint on him unless he has a running start/fast break opportunity. His game has failed to develop, still, after this much time tells me he's never going to develop a jumper. I'm also slightly disappointed whenever I watch him play defense, although his numbers look good.
I really thought Giannis was going to be a special player with a lot of championship opportunities. Instead, he looks more like a guy that needs a star point guard in order to win. He should be a small ball 5 and needs shooters around him. Develop a post game or something, because being out on the perimeter during the playoffs...idk, it doesn't look like a winning strategy to me.
I'm gonna go ahead and put a fork in the Jazz.
Donovan Mitchell simply isn't close to good enough to be your teams best offensive player. Not even in the ball park of the remaining teams best offensive players.
Lets be honest regarding Paul George. Laker Nation created some 'Pandemic P' nonsense and it's taken storm when the internet picks and chooses when to attack with him with it. He's no superstar, I don't get the hate of a very good #2 option that is extremely durable, tries to play defense, and can draw fouls with the best of them.
But he scorned the Lakers, he turned his back on the Staples crowd that was chanting his name at the FT line as an opposing player and how dare you do that, and for that he's crucified when he has a poor shooting night.
I’m with @Real Deal.Doesn't the bolded contradict itself? #2 players on championship teams are superstars.
I think Paul George is a very good player, don't get me wrong, but he hasn't lived up to his own claims and expectations. He's been worse in in the postseason lately, outside of one good run with the Thunder.
I think it's been proven, at this point, that no team is going to win a ring with him as their best OR second best player.
Now, if the Cavs' deal to get him for Love hadn't fallen through and Irving could have been reconciled, you're looking at a dynasty. He has a ton of value, but a lot like Giannis being mentioned above, he simply can't be the guy.
Is Klay Thompson a superstar? Or should I say was? I don't think so. But he was a very good #2.Doesn't the bolded contradict itself? #2 players on championship teams are superstars.
