Out of curiosity...when do single game tickets go on sale?

Just got this from a ticket rep for the Cavs:

Single game tickets will go on sale in a week or so when the schedule comes out.

Now I got conflicting info... my regular ticket rep tells me that single game tickets won't go on sale until mid-September. And there will likely be special Lakers and Heat ticket packages that go on sale before then. I would trust that info more than what I posted earlier.

I was hoping we'd get the home game against Miami on December 30th.
