how those things are constitutional boggles the mind, especially for bullshit stuff like streaking, peeing outside, etc. how someone can do something and permanently be labeled, and put in a public data base is totally infuriating, especially for a crime that doesnt hurt anyone. punishments should not go on forever, unless the crime committed is similar (murder). No one should be labeled a sex offender for their rest of their life for anything short of actually sexually assaulting someone. Peeing outside, streaking in no way comes close to a crime of that severity.
