I'd agree Toledo will go in as the favorite. However, this league is WIDE OPEN. I could see any of Toledo, Akron, Buffalo, Ohio, or even a sleeper like Western Michigan to win the tournament.
I dont buy into WMU, but I believe it is wide open. The hardest thing for Toledo will be putting it together for 3 games in a row. I don't know if they have the maturity for that.
Getting a top four seed is going to be huge. Winning five straight games is a tall task for any team this season, and that's what seeds 5-12 would need to do.
Didn't want to start a new thread for the Horizon League.
CSU is locked into 2nd place with 1 game to play. They will get an auto bye to the conference semi-finals, which will be played ay Wisconsin-Green Bay. They will likely play either Wright State (split during reg season, road team winning) or Valpo (CSU won at home, road game upcoming). If they win, they likely will play at WGB to go to the dance. If UWGB loses their semi-final, CSU would host the finals.
