Wichita loses to the first team they played all season. lol.
 
That was a heartbreaker. Kentucky hasn't played that good all year. Wichita has been consistently at that level all year so I think they deserved it, but Kentucky still got it done and thats all that counts.

If UK plays like that going forward, they might win the national title.

54% from the field, 44% from 3, only 11 TO's.

I just can't believe they draw up a play where Early or Baker don't shoot.

Tennessee? Saint Louis? BYU? All tourney teams, two of them made it to the second round.

Sort of agree. But Kentucky is not an 8 seed. They way they ended the season, they were one of the best teams in the country. Not trying to defend Wichita, but Kentucky can easily get to the final four or national championship game if they play like this.

So yes, Kentucky was the best team Wichita played this year, but Kentucky is also one of the best teams right now.

Also the entire state of Kansas is pretty depressed right now.
 
incredible game but some super mediocre offensive execution/play calling at the end by wichita. still hard to complain when it comes down to the final possession with 3 seconds left and an opportunity to tie or win. firing up a 3 was good, though again not so great execution.

also, wichita is absolutely a legit #1.

also also, does anyone have experience using someone elses login info for the march madness live? i can access now but will be going the cordcutting route in a month or two, so wondering what my options will be for next tournament. hoping i can use my neighbor's login info, but not sure if they check that somehow?
 
I just don't think people realize how hard it is to draw up last second plays and get good, clean looks for the one or two guys you want getting them. The other team knows you want those guys shooting, and defending with three seconds left is way, way easier than defending with 30. THere is a reason so many of you guys complain about last second play calls. They don't generally look bad because all of the coaching sucks. It's very hard to do.
 
I don't think you guys can comprehend how unbelievably fucked my bracket is.
 
Still got my Final Four for now!

Florida, Michigan State, Baylor, and Louisville with Louisville and Florida in the championship. Got Louisville winning it all.

I fully expect all four of those teams to lose in their next games. :chuckles:

Then Florida vs. Louisville in the championship with Florida winning it all.

I feel Arizona is going to lose though.
 
I had no idea the tournament was this fun to watch. I normally avoid it because I hate college basketball but damn.

This Iowa State UNC game is crazy
