Damn, a lot of people really passionate about the way the tourney is set up. Was just bringing up an idea that I think would be interesting.

And I don't really buy the logistical nightmare part. It's no different than the first weekend where teams don't know where they're going until four days before anyway.

My bracket was hanging on until yesterday.

Had Michigan beating Oregon and WVU beating Zaga.

Both games made me angry.

South Carolina's defense is legit.

My only complaints about the setup are:

a.) the pod system.

b.) the fact that the NCAA uses those standardized floors instead of the regular arena floors,

both of which are pretty minor quibbles when you get down to it. I just really don't like the pod system. It just seemed like putting the same regions in the same venues made things more... coherent.

About time we got a game with some late game execution.

That was an instant classic. Game of the tournament.

Had UCLA in the finals, but had already lost my champion so wgaf.

Fuck Lavar Ball. He's a good heel, but I think he's a poison for his kids and badly in need of some humbling.

He's going to start getting it, Manziel style. Hopefully the kids don't start turning to drugs or have mental breakdowns one by one with the additional pressure his bullshit adds to their expectations.

Man....

Still lots of good head coaches out there for Ohio State to pick from.

It's disappointing because Archie was a perfect match beyond being a good coach....

He was poised to take OSU recruiting to another level based off support from Nike. Archie has unbelievable connections at Nike through his brother Sean at Arizona. Those connections make a huge deal within the AAU circuit and Archie will absolutely become a stud recruiter no matter where he lands.

I would be slightly surprised if he ends up at an Adidas school but he may not be able to pass up the opportunity in front of him. He wanted the OSU job badly though...even moreso than his alma mater NC State causing NC State to move on from him immediately. Once Thad made it known he wanted to return Archie backed off...he and Thad have a very good relationship.
