2017 NCAA March Madness

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Umm.. Fla. State might be the longest CBB team I've ever seen. Their whole squad is full of point forwards. They have like five 6'8 ball handlers and a legit 7'2 guy. Their whole lineup is at least 6'6. I mean Ojuo is 7'1 325lbs. Man they are going to be a tough out.

Fuck it, they might win the whole thing.

They're losing to FGCU

Dunk City, bitches

(Here's to hoping they end up winning this game)

Anything about weiner dog races at halftime of any of these games?

They don't shoot and make a lot of 3 pointers. They've only take two this game. I think that's their biggest problem.

FSU grad here who was a team manager for two years under Leonard Hamilton....

Really fun team to watch, but they can't shoot a lick so they'll meet their maker at some point. I have to say, it was nice to see Hanilton finally loosen his grip on the offensive side of the ball by allowing his kids to play uptempo and less structured.

Hamilton has always recruited well but he's bottle-necked the offense by playing in a "grind it out" system that has always left them in tight, low scoring games.

Anyways, FSU is the most athletic team in the country with their size, and having 4 guys on the court at all times that can grab a rebound and go. Unfortunately free throw shooting and 3 pt shooting just aren't good enough to consistently beat the better teams.

I thought it was kinda laughable so many analysts were taking FGCU to best FSU when they literally play the same style, yet FSU was considerably more talented.

With Sumter at Xavier out for the season, I like the Noles against Xavier, but it gets difficult after that. At some point not being able to shoot outside 18 feet and being terrible from the stripe will catch up. But it's really fun watching Terrence Mann (6'8"), Ojo (7'1" - 325lbs), Jonathon Isaac (6'8"), Dwayne Bacon (6'8"), and their PG who goes 6'4"....

4 guys 6'8" or taller and all 4 can can grab a rebound and push. Bacon and Isaac are both first round picks as well with Bacon being a lottery pick. It's fun to watch....

I think you mean the other way around. Isaac is the projected lotto pick.

Only missed 2 games on first day and have them both losing this weekend anyhow. So still possible 190/192 points.

Someone in my $ bracket has perfect so far.

He has KSU over Cincinnati today, though. Don't know if I like that.

Yeah Isaac is a top 10 pick. This team reminds me of The Baylor teams with Perry Jones III and Ekpe Udoh. Just long athletic versatile guys. They need a consistent three point shooter though. Ojo can be absolutely unstoppable at times.

Gregg Marshall vs Archie Miller. One of them should have been in Columbus 2 years ago. Hopefully one of them will still be available next year.

I don't know If you guys discuss it, but does Ohio State basketball need a complete makeover? Nobody is tired of Thad Matta?

I just think it's time for something new. Their's some deserving coaches out there looking for jumps.

When your top recruit is listed at 320lbs I think it's time for a change. They have been on a record decline for the past 6 years.

Check the OSU basketball thread. I've been all over Matta for a few years.

Well SMU with a Browns style choke. Really horrible plays in the final minute.

Very pleased with Kent's effort and fight tonight. UCLA is obviously better, but it still would've been nice to get a call every now and again.
