If the cap being lower results in a wider distribution of talent throughout the league, I'm all for it. I'm not sure that would be the case though.

They already caved when they opened that "training center" in the heart of all the concentration camps. Hell, I'd say they caved back in the Stern era when the NBA started getting the influx of that chinese money when Yao was playing. A good chunk of the increase in revenue has come solely from the asian market.

It's okay for players, coaches etc to criticize the US. Criticize China and you're going to be blackballed.

I would expect for Morey to lose his job something around all star break and then he's out of the league for good.

I've heard there's a joke going around in China:

American says to Chinese person, you have no rights, you can't even criticize your president publicly!

Chinese guy says, we have more rights than you, you can't even support your president publicly!

It's depressing but they're the model franchise for doing exactly that while we on the other hand are bottom of the barrel. Quite the contrast unfortunately :-(

Wish I could say he was developed by Beilein at Michigan but he came out the womb shooting 40%+ on 5 3PA per game.

Yeah they do kinda stink. Huge overkill with the bling... They also lack contrast... I love the red "C" in the Cavs rings, makes it stand out more.

I'll never forget that Clippers game Dion's rookie season where he put the team on his back and willed us to a win. He really had all the tools to be a good player in this league. He just apparently has nothing going on between the ears.

Always thought the Sixers had huge potential if they manage to get it together consistently. Requires --

--Embiid getting his head out of his ass
--team figuring out how to better use Horford and Embiid together
--competent shooting starters (Harris, Horford, Richardson) consistently hitting 3s

If SImmons could hit a jump shot that would obviously be huge but probably too much to ask.

AD is easily the best player Lebron has ever played with, and its not even close. Just watched him clean up a terrible defensive mistake from James and then convert a touch pass into a dunk on the other end.
