I feel like Urban just has loaded this team with older coaches that have reach their ceiling. Ryan Day and Hartline seem like the only young coaches on the staff. He needs to go back to trying to get up and coming coaches that will help progress and innovate on both sides of the ball.

Jokes aside, you're right about the offense. Best game they've had in weeks, just sloppy with the turnovers.
