I'm glad Lue decided to go with pace. This team is still a mess in the half court. Without a guy like Love on the floor, all offense has to be manufactured.

It's one of the biggest reasons why I prefer Zizic to Thompson. Zizic will give you a lot of points on easy baskets. This team needs that. Desperately.
TT is worthless. Outside of a couple good playoff games, he's been worthless for a long time. I'll be happy when his ass is gone.

I can't wait until we trade TT and Hill. Neither of these guys do anything for us.

C'mon Lue!* Dekker got almost 20 mins, whereas Cedi had 7 or less..

I think he won't play anymore for tonight.. Lue has to see the big picturee!

I hope we get to see the whole team on Friday. They need some time together.

Zizic needs time in this rotation.

Kinda crazy that Dekker, Hill, Smith, Korver, and TT getting so many minutes for a team that's in the so called "player development" business..

We're trying to do both this year which only ever works out if you have a young player take a sudden and unexpected jump.

Anyways - I think what you're seeing is what our offense will look like without Love. Our splits when he sits will take us back to the Luke Harangody & Samardo Samuels days.

Is this satire/sarcasm or did you miss the part where Cedi tweaked his ankle?

Also, Cedi is almost exclusively playing SF and Dekker is almost exclusively playing PF.

Zizic = 0 minutes on the 1st half of a pre season game with a bunch of inactive players... Seems like he is just not in the plans of the coaches... Feel kinda bad for him cause he produces when he is given opprtunities

Dekker still falls under player development

Hood is out today.

Preston is playing the other PF minutes.

Cedi tweaked his ankle and is out the rest of the night.

Nwaba and Clarkson are also out tonight.

Who should be “developing” tonight ahead of JR/Korver/Hill?

We're getting pretty much blown out but Indy is a better team, playing more starters, and we been throwing up bricks. I expect to see even more of our "other guys" next half. Maybe Ante is getting a rest night after he demonstrated his skills so nicely last game.

I hate when teams like us rest key guys for absolutely no reason. It's not as if Kevin needed rest, for example. I just think it takes away from the good habits and momentum the team builds together in pre-season.

That first game, you really saw the way the Cavs wanted to play with Love as the focal point. They moved the ball, ran actual basketball plays and were locked in and aggressive on defense.

I think when you make all these pre-season adjustments - particularly for a team not expected to contend for a championship - you run the risk of disrupting the rhythm heading into the regular season.

I know hes still extremely raw, but damnit if I dont love Sexton and (most) of his game.

Gotta clean up that midrange stuff, though. Not a fan of guys like him and Westbrook settling for mid range stuff.
