2018 Series #47: Tiggers @ Tribe

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Wait this counted?

Division fucking champions yo

Congrats to the fans, might've been a boring year but it's a winning boring year. We won't get a Naquin inside the park HR or umpteen walk-offs, 14 game win streaks or 22 game win streaks, but we got another central championship.

Miller and Kipnis talked about not playing good, but peaking at the right time, sounds like this is the plan at hand. Take their time, get healthy, dont kill themselves, and just get in and go hard.

Only thing Tribe fans should be worried about is the bullpen.

I'm ready for some Clippers lineups now.

Just got back from the game, let's get ready for the playoffs!

Did anyone else catch this? Matt Underwood was interviewing Kipnis and Matt said something along the lines of “you and I have had our differences over the years” and I thought I heard Kip say something like “yeah cause you talk shit”. Was I dreaming or was that said?

Yep, something along those lines.

No, you try to twist it on the fans and shit when the team was playing lackluster baseball for a month. What are they 12-14 or some shit? 5-55 with RISP, the bullpen amongst the worst in contention, but it doesn't bother the players, only the fans?

Pretty sure you can go find post game interviews of Lindor saying the clubhouse is down and such and he has to lead by example and pick them up.

I'm saying patience is a virtue. It's 162 games. There are ups and downs. There's no need to get pissy when your team is "only" playing .500 baseball for a period of time. All that matters is getting to the postseason--and we did that. Now we have as good a shot as anyone to win the whole damn thing.

You point out that the team was 5-55 with RISP. Do you think that's anything other than bad luck? Because, that's what I see--fans overreacting to a bad luck situation--one that is bound to happen over the long marathon season that is baseball.

No shit the clubhouse is down when they're not playing well. People like winning. I'm failing to find how that's relevant.

Let's bring it home this year.

2018 Postseason record

0-3

Whomp whomp

Six straight years of winning baseball and three straight division championships.

21st in attendance.

I’m just as surprised as all of you.

Go Tribe! And thanks to the real fans on here who deserve it
I’m hoping with Lebron gone that those numbers will improve over the next couple years.

This lineup today is the best thing I've ever seen.

Davis, Allen, Donaldson, Diaz, Guyer, Barnes, Haase, Gonzalez, Rosales

Hangover day.

Rosales looks like the Indians just grabbed a random fan in the stands, gave him a jersey and has put him in the lineup. He doesn’t look athletic in the least bit

13 games left. Would be nice to get to 90 wins. Will be hard, if we keep losing series to bad teams.
