The game would take so much more skill if the NBA enforced palming and travel violations. Numbers would plummet.
The dribbling skills and with that “moves” became very relative. Everyone “can” do them.

I still think it's hilarious that the Cavs still have more wins than the Warriors do this season

LeBron used to do stuff like this but didn't name guys while omitting others lol (Besides the Wiggins omission in his return). Guess he wasn't paying attention. Even if he appears to be correct why complain when you knew KD was out all year? Kind of reminds me of Love complaining about the Cavs sucking after signing the extension. You get paid superstar money and can't deliver...maybe take some accountability.

The Nets absolutely should make a move for an all-star this summer.

They should trade Kyrie for the best 2 way wing player they can get to put next to Durant to keep the defensive load off of his shoulders when he comes back from the achilles.

This Nets team isn't winning shit with Kyrie. Because Dinwiddie is a better player for winning basketball games right now. Kyrie is selfish with a bloated ego and a failing body. Trade him as fast as humanly possible. Go to Durant privately and prove it to him. Get him to buy in. I bet anything that not only is the only way to save the Nets trading Kyrie, Durant and his friendship is going to be ruined by game 4 next season.

I wish we got a better return for Kyrie. I really do. Or I wish we took a real run in 2018 with him.

But I am so glad that the organization s go-to plan post-LeBron is not to try to build a contender around a maxed out Kyrie Irving as your franchise guy. Because he's not a franchise guy and he never will be but his ego has outgrown his ability to affect winning basketball.

He needs a healthy KD to carry him to the playoff where he can shine as the #2 in that setting. How close KD will be to his previous self will be the biggest mystery and I can see them blowing it up if they get off to a bad start next season but not this season. I honestly felt like the Nets saw signing him as a necessary evil to get KD which is funny since he’s coming off a debilitating injury.

Either way his awful attitude towards his teammates and general tone gets more exhausting by the year.

What's even funnier is that fucking DeAndre Jordan got $40 million for being Kyrie and KD's Olympic friend and the Nets needed to sign him to get the other 2

Wow, I forgot about him. Wasn’t the narrative surrounding DJ that the Knicks mistreated him by not giving him playing times thus why he helped Kyrie change KD’s mind about playing for them. The opposite of the KCP/Klutch/LeBron fiasco lol.

I only noticed that he didn't mention Joe Harris and I can only think what an ungrateful swine.

I still think Kyrie and KD made a mistake by choosing the Nets. I get that the Knicks are a shit show. But I can’t think of an NBA team in a major market that has less brand identity and fan support than the Nets. New York has 8 pro sports teams and the Nets are easily the 8th most popular behind even both hockey teams. It was a very weird move to choose that franchise when both KD and Kyrie were switching teams to build their legacies. It’s not exactly like the Nets have a guaranteed championship roster around those two either. If they do win in the next few years it will be because KD and Kyrie are just that good. But if that’s the case then they could have won anywhere and might as well have joined the Knicks, Bulls, Celtics, etc.

Yeah it's comical. He's literally useless there. Never in hell would he play over Jarrett Allen and at this point just taking developmental minutes away from Claxton.

Maybe Kyrie didn't include Allen's name coz he's mad at him standing in Jordans way. We should really monitor this and pounce if at any point there is drama.

I'm sorry friend: Dolan is the new Donald Sterling the Knicks just aren't going to get these guys to sign with him there unfortunately

I'm not mad at Kyrie, really. Good looks pointing out that this is the "LeBron" style, LOL. So Kyrie did learn from him after all.

The other part of it, Kyrie is right. And even with KD (who is a bit of a question mark as to how much he'll be "back"), the league is going through another shift. I believe even the Warriors are fortifying themselves with the change. The "inside" game is back and its with bigs who have more "Horford"-esque skills than not. The Nets will need to adapt if they want to really compete with teams already there like the Bucks, 76ers, Heat, Raptors, Pacers, etc. Even with 2 elite talents. They're like the Woodson Knicks with 2 star players, and a few good complements but would be exposed in the playoffs.

I do agree that, given the fact that KD is out the season is basically a wash, so silence is preferred because agendas are churning.

This could be a primer for a Love for Whiteside trade.
