You may want to get your eyes checked. He was visibly limping on multiple occasions in the last 5 minutes.

He outhustled everyone else to the ball to get the go ahead bucket and then made a great challenge on Butlers drive (that probably shouldn't have been called a foul).

He's fine.

This is a strange hill to die on, but whatever.

It was a tight game and could have gone either way.. I think LA wins anyway, because even when the Heat play thier best ball , it's a three point game. Any of the LA moderate players have a good night and the series is over...

That said, I am happy the heat are pushing the Lakers.. I have been guilty of dismissing Spokes as a talented Coach, but he has made a fool.of me for taking that position..

I'm not dying on the hill.

Based on his performance from the moment he hurt his ankle up until the very end of the game, whatever limp he had didn't impact his performance at all. He was awesome on both ends.

For one, it's certainly possible to be visibly injured and still play awesome basketball.

But I don't agree that he was awesome down the stretch either. He was in the right place to catch an airballed 3, but other than that he did absolutely nothing down the stretch. He wasn't awesome, certainly not by his standards.

I think I need to go back through this thread and delete all my posts saying that the Lakers would crush the Heat who wouldn't even be able to win one game, they make me look really dumb LOL.

Hard to figure out how serious this Davis injury is, Lakers keep minimizing it but if you're limping on the court that's an issue. He has always had this propensity to injury, compared to Lebron he is made of glass.

Rondo playing well. You can tell he just has more experience in these moments.

Wow, such defensive domination

Lebron should win finals mvp, if only because you know Davis couldn’t have done this without him. He should have been regular season MvP

Glad to see LeBron win another title, and another Finals MVP. 1 more ring than Steph, 4 more Finals MVPs over Steph.
LeBron was in pure MVP mode these playoffs, and especially in the Finals.
Rondo COOKING in game 6 and in the playoffs in general feels like vindication. Always been a fan, wanted him here, esp. in 2018 with no Kyrie. Dude is great. People who say otherwise are SUSPECT in my eyes. Always wanted to see him play alongside LeBron; the Gold Standard IMO.

Weird series. The Heat hate (even with the likes of Olynyk, Iggy et al) was shut off for the moment because of their sheer respectable run to the Finals. Even Jae Crowder, with all his flopping. Didn't get swept when it looked like they might. Jimmy Butler really played over his head. I really want to see this Heat team face the Warriors when they're all back.

One of the better overviews of Lebron's career that I've seen, disguised as a ranking of his best teammates. The first half, on the challenges of playing with Lebron and the unique qualities he brings, is the best:

This is a way more likable Heat team. They built from the draft and internal development, with their key free agents / trades being guys that the rest of the NBA were underrating or had semi-given up on. Much less of a Lakers East vibe on this team than before.

According to Kevin O'Connor of The Ringer, the Pacers have spoken with the Bucks regarding a possible trade involving Victor Oladipo.
It's worth noting that O'Connor followed up that report by saying that "at this point" a deal between the two teams appears unlikely. Oladipo has one season remaining on his current contract, and it was reported earlier this month that he is looking for a max contract this offseason. However he is still working his way back from the ruptured quad tendon that he suffered in January 2019, and Oladipo looked a bit rusty upon his return. Given his contract situation, this stands to be a busy offseason when it comes to Oladipo trade rumors.

Surprise surprise. Devin Booker wants out of PHX and it's the worst kept secret in the league.
