What a night for the Angels in their 1st home game since the Skaggs stuff happened. First pitch from Tyler Skaggs's mom right over the plate no bounce from the mound, Trout hits a bomb, and then to go along with that a couple guys go out and throw a combined no hitter. That scene after the game of them laying their jerseys on the mound, is just tough to watch.

Random, but Jordan Zimmermann has to be one of the worst free agent signings in recent memory. 5 yrs $110m and has been below average to terrible every year for Detroit.

Brett Gardner is the epitome of a big meathead. His head is ginormous.
I was watching the game live. He comes off as a baby. The pitch he got wrung up on was outside but borderline. You always tell players if it’s close with two strikes you need to protect. He throws a tantrum when any call doesn’t go his way. See his helmet throwing episode..

Astros get a combined no-hitter led by Aaron Sanchez...unbelievable.

Also, Edwin broke his wrist today, hit by pitch. Encarnacion that is.

The Royals are legit fucking trash.

Bases loaded and nobody out against a tired starter who’s thrown 110 pitches and they manage one run.

I watched Sanchez's last start with the Blue Jays and he looked like overall he was pitching like he was in 16. This is not a good thing, but Sanchez I think will be very good for them down the stretch.
