2019 Browns Off Season/Roster Discussion

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

That does nothing for me, just him working out, its not like he is catching balls or Baker is there. I will say though, those orange shoes are sick, lol.

So did I. Got 5 tickets. Now gotta decide who to take. Wife, 3 kids and I or the the guys.
I bought tickets for the Baltimore game in Baltimore. It’s my birthday weekend. The last time I saw the Browns live was 2009. I’m ecstatic. I still want to go see a game at First Energy.

I’ll tell you what isn’t being talked about enough this off season and that is that this is a make or break year for David Njoku.

A lot of talent around him, and what we need is a sure handed guy to rely on at the TE position.

He needs to make a massive jump.

i mean he’ll definitely have opportunities to eat given what we have on the outside and coming out of the backfield. Hoping he can take another step forward with blocking; he’s already proven to be a receiving threat.

With Beckham here, Njoku just isn't going to get the volume he'd need to make any kind of huge jump. We just brought in a guy who is going to command over 100 targets and we didn't lose anyone of consequence outside of Perriman, and he only had 25 targets last year.

Not sure I agree, as long as he stays efficient on his target/reception I am ok with him having around 5TD's and 700 yards. There are just so many balls to go around with our receiving core and he wont get as many opportunities to put up huge numbers

It just doesn't make sense for a team with a good offense to pay a premium for the printer position. Colquitt on the Sachi Brown Brownies made sense... now? Give me the cheap guy who will figure it out as he goes. This year the Browns can lose in the playoffs and nobody will complain, that gives Hammer a year to figure all this American Football stuff out.
