OSU's schedule
FAU - Already bowl eligible at 7-3. Other losses are to UCF and Marshall. If they win out and Marshall loses once, they go to Sun Belt title game
Cincy - 8-1 and at #17, highest ranked GO5 team. Likely a NY6 team if they win out. Still tough games vs Temple and Memphis before a possible AAC title game.
Indiana - 7-2 and ranked in non CFP polls. Have games left vs PSU, Michigan and Purdue, so 8 wins likely and maybe pull a shocker to get to 9. QB Michael Penix is out for the year. Other loss is a last second loss at MSU.
Miami, OH - 6-4, 1st place in MAC east. With a win over Akron, will clinch the division. 3 of their 4 losses are to teams ranked in CFP (OSU, Iowa, Cincy)
Nebraska - Have lost to Indiana and Purdue by a combined 11. Has to win 2 remaining games to make a bowl: Wisconsin, @ Maryland, Iowa.
Michigan State - Sitting at 4-5 and plays Michigan this week. Still play Maryland and Rutger, so 6-6 and a bowl game still very likely.
NW - 1-8, but will probably beat UMASS! Still plays Minnesota and Illinois. The most NW thing to do would be to have 1 conference win, but it be over an undefeated Minnesota team.
Wisconsin - 14th in CFP. Still plays @ Nebraska, Purdue then @ Minnesota. Could be top 10 entering a B1G Title game rematch with OSU or out of the top 25.
Maryland - LOL
Rutgers - ROFLMAO
Penn State - 9th in CFP. Plays Indiana, OSU, then Rutgers. A loss to OSU probably puts then somewhere around 10th or so.
Michigan - Currently 15th. Plays MSU, Indiana then OSU. Could be top 10 come The Game.
If Nebraska can pull off an upset and MSU beat the dregs of the B1G East, then 9 of the 12 opponents are bowl eligible.
Scenario: Nebraska and Minnesota beat Iowa, then Wisconsin beats Minnesota. Minnesota is still B1G West champ and probably somewhere around 10. PSU and Michigan both lose to OSU but win elsewhere. MSU beats MD and Rutgers. Cincy wins out.
OSU will have played 10 bowl teams, and 5 teams in the top 20 (Cincy, Wisconsin, PSU, Michigan, Minnesota).
