2019 Cleveland Browns Regular Season

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Here's a weird ass story of the day. Browns are one of 11 teams to attend Colin Kaep's workout and Hue Jackson will lead the drills.

That sounds like the Browns to me; and putting him on the roster wouldn't shock me one bit. I hope he goes anywhere that isn't here. :ambivalence:

Well, it's worked so far (1 game) with Hunt. Wouldn't be the worst thing to have Kap as a QB2.

I like to KICK, KNEEL........AND KICK!

Disappointing when professional athletes can't get their act together.

I think people forget that Callaway was a pretty productive player last year. 5th among rookie wideouts in rec yards and T3rd in rec TDs.
I did not forget his production. As much as some posters liked Higgins I always thought Callaway would be the one to emerge as a serious threat WR

Baker isn’t even giving these guys a chance.

I really don't want to see this defense without Garrett. It's going be horrible because Wilks will continue to constantly send just the front 4. The front 4 just took a major downgrade tonight.

The Browns need to embrace who they are. It will make this easier for everyone, Fans, players, and coaches. They're a talented, dirty, undisciplined, poorly run, front running team. Okay. Be that then. Stop trying to be The Patriots. Stop trying to be what you clearly are not. Embrace the chaos and thrive in it.

I was at that game last night and my biggest takeaway with this team is that they are thinking and trying too hard to change their true identity. Be who you are. You can clearly still win games doing that. How many times are we gonna watch this team go out there and do something and then tell us that's not who they are? It is who you are. We don't necessarily like it but it is what it is fellas.

I don’t know what any of this actually means.

Interesting silence in here after a day of whipping Dorsey for picking Callaway.

Did nobody see Chad Thomas last night? The guy who's a keystone to the "Dorsey is a bad drafter" narrative?

Seeing this, Baker was getting heavily rushed a few times and clearly a miscommunication at others.

Blaming Baker is, at best, disingenuous

In fairness, this was supposed to be in the game thread after Baker wildly overthrew OBJ on the fade in the endzone. My mistake there.

But also, there were various throws in this game which fit this description, which sort of speaks to how far away this offense is from being anything worthy of competitive in a playoff-type environment.

Maddening to watch.

No, I’m too busy defending Myles bopping some dude on the head. Quit trying to stir up shit.
