2019 Cleveland Browns Regular Season

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
With or without Garrett we are in a prime spot for a wild card slot and I’m starting to get excited again.

Strictly speaking on-field (well, I guess on-field sans helmet-gate), don't you think having Myles out the rest of the year INCLUDING playoffs puts a huge damper on us making the playoffs?

I honestly don’t. He’s a big part of the defense but he doesn’t make it tick. We’re still a good defense without him and right now we have the bengals 2x, fins 1x and Steelers again waiting.

If we take care of business it will come down to beating a feisty Arizona team in Phoenix and then a huge home tilt against Baltimore.

Take care of business the next 2 weeks and we’re staring straight down the barrel of 9-7 or 10-6.

OH DA HORROR.

...

Seriously I think some of these people should take up covering chess.
I think somewhere between the media treating Myles like he should be in jail and the high-character Antonio Brown gleefully reminding everyone that he kicked our punter in the face, I really don't give a shit what people think of our team

Yeah JuJu is the only Steeler I actually sort of like.

Conner also has a cool comeback story you have to respect.

Outside of them, they can all get flat tires and explosive diarrhea

I like the enthusiasm. However, I don't think "prime spot" is the phrase I'd use when discussing the Browns playoff hopes.

Not at 4-6, no. Still, with three of their losses to NFC teams, the Browns are 4-3 in the AFC, 2-0 in their division, and have wins over the Bills and Steelers. They have a lot of work to do, but they're in a sneaky good situation with the tiebreakers; kind of like 2002 when they got in by winning every tiebreaker over a bunch of other 9-7 teams.

Talk about a fantasy bust though.

Speaking of all-time fantasy busts to this point....we welcome back David Njoku next week.

Baker got Hunt back and the team has seemed to utilize him decently. I hope we can do the same with Njoku.
