2019 Cleveland Browns Regular Season

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
This feels like when the Ratbirds fielded essentially an expansion team in their 2nd 2015 game against us, with Matt Schaub at QB plus numerous other injuries, and we already had the comeback road win against Flacco with McCown's 450 yards...

.. and then Kick-6 happened.

All sorts of warning signs along the way in that game, too, like us falling behind 2 tds early.

This GTBets? Ever have any issues with them?

Nope, other than not being able to do much with regards to lengthy ML parlays for fun, its easy to use and I've enjoyed it.

If you're going to sign up, shoot me a PM. Their referral program is awesome.

After what we all saw last sunday i have absolutely no idea what to expect. We don't get this one and it's a shit storm of epic proportions without question . . .

I mean, if the team stays on relative schedule on offense and doesnt have to do downfield passing for 80% of the game, they should be fine.

I would also like to point out that after the Browns scored in the 3rd Q, Baker was looking excellent. When the Titans could defend the pass and we were still getting epic amounts of penalties, that's when the game got out of hand.

Also, the Titans defense has MUCH better pass rushers than the Jets. And the Titans secondary is better than the Jets secondary.

TL;DR- Browns are playing a much worse team, with a bad coaching staff and looked pretty fuckin good when they weren't committing a ton of penalties. They should absolute roll in this one and make it a blow out by the 3rd. If they dont then I seriously question the flaws of thos team.

This feels like the 2015 team that went 3-13? It feels like we're going to lose to an absolutely inept, injury-riddled team? I have to disagree with you there.

But if you're right, I will be the first one to retract my statement with a pitchfork in hand.

Line starting to reopen at -6.5 in some books.

gtbets still at -2.5

So I obviously took that value, Lord help me I’ve bet on the Browns to cover points.

Absolutely not.

The Browns have way more talent that the Jets. It's not even close.

I hope people don’t take this too lightly... Gase is a really great offensive mind and Gregg is going to play a lot of disguised blitzes. I won’t be comfortable until we win.

Our talent level is better, but team discipline seems at least as bad.

That Ratbirds team was bad even before injuries piled up, and again, we came in with a road W in the books.

The principle of us coming in thinking a likely W and potentially laying an egg feels the same...

I don’t think a lot of people are scared about their defense. There’s 32 game threads over the past 2 years where probably half of the posts are calling for his job and that he sucks.

Were gonna see what kind of leader Baker really is this Monday night. I know Freddie has a ton of pressure on him, but I think all the pressure is on Baker. Baker HAS to come out and light it up.

I agree, except for the pressure being on Baker. Way too early for that.

Defense can't allow 40 points. That's where the pressure is IMO. Baker has just got to be Baker.

Gase is not a great offensive mind.

His offense has been the same for a long time. Short passing game with ball control. He nearly ended Kenny Stills career with his terrible offensive philosophies.

I'm not at all worried about Gase conceiving some brilliant scheme because it's not going to be anything worth while. He was massively overrated because he managed to hook up with a HOF QB
