2019 Cleveland Browns Regular Season

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
If it gets this nasty? i'd have Gilbert take snaps in the 3rd.

That's not an insult toward Baker's ability but there's no use getting him banged up and his confidence dying.
Yeah I don’t even mean any disrespect to the Browns, the patriots just look like they may have the greatest defense in NFL history. It’s going to be a bloodbath. BUT! Then the browns get to play the Steelers and Bengals twice as well as the dolphins so the second half of the season we should start racking up wins

I don't know about that. We're coming in off a bye, they're coming in off a short week; they're undefeated and people are basically handing them the Lombardi Trophy and we're 2-4 and getting shit on... this is a trap game for the Patriots. I think it's set up for us to be very competitive in this game.

Only thing that gives me hope. Last time Browns played in Foxboro, NE was 9-3 Browns were 4-8. Browns dominated the game and lost it by giving up 2 touchdowns in the last minute (typical Browns). That was the game where Gordon caught an 80 yard touchdown and we thought that it was a breakout moment for him. Now he is playing for the Pats.

Was this the same game where we had a bullshit PI call go against us in the end zone? I can’t remember who it was called on, corner back.

If you think Belichick has forgotten that game, you'd be mistaken.

The Patriots defense has been phenomenal, no doubt.

But to label them the greatest of all time would be a little premature. Remember who they've played thus far...

Steelers, Dolphins, Jets, Bills, Redskins, Giants, Jets

The Patriots and Bills have had the easiest start to a season I've ever seen in my life. It's insane.

They are smacking these teams tho. It’s surgical.

Happy to get them off of a game where they looked great. We really need to play well. I think the coaching mismatch is just too much to overcome.

Adding to this, and this not an indication that the Patriots are not playing great football, because they are — none of those teams have a competent QB right now.

We have to play our absolute best or Baker will be talking to Bruce Willis all Sunday.

Roethlisberger was still Roethlisberger, even if he was long in the tooth.

Latest DVOA rankings have the Fitzmagic half of the Fins passing game moving ahead of the Jets and closing in on Baker.

Although Baker has nearly caught up to Danny Jones, of all people (even though the "callout" was taken out of context. )

Solder is not good and has huge cap hits the next 2 seasons. Hard pass

His contract is worth discussing.. There's an out after this season that, if you believe the comments on this forum, the Giants will undoubtedly exercise. Therefore, the capital to acquire him shouldn't be excessive. For the Browns, they either want to rent him (don't know why), or they want to get him in the building to talk re-structure. I don't see any team willing to take the cap hits Solder will have in 2020 and 2021.

You really want to be cheap as fuck on this offensive line don’t you?

Sorry, but cheating out on the o line is not a way to build a strong front end unit that will protect our young QB.

If we were looking at trading for Zeitler you’d say “his cap hit is too big”

News flash, of you want to protect our QB we’re going to have to pay some fucking money to offensive lineman.
