I really hope Rutgers & Tennessee schedule a home & home series of games. It would be interesting to see which place is further ahead - Rutgers by bringing Schiano back or Tennessee for backing out of the agreed to deal...

That would be amazing, but I can't see Tennessee agreeing to it

Tennessee gets a lower tier Power 5 conference team for 1 of their out of conference matchups.. I would think they like that opportunity

The OSU-Michigan game isn’t fun anymore. We killed it. It’s dead.

Disagree. I’m having a blast winning 8 in a row. It’s even more fun when we blow them out of the water because there is nothing Michigan fan can say. For example the year we won because of “the spot” all I heard from the Michigan fans at work is that we didn’t beat them we got it handed to us by the refs. These past few years...complete silence. It’s glorious.

There is nothing for them to say. They have lost 15 of 16. I just assume we will win by 2 touchdowns like we are playing any B1G team not named Penn State.

He was undeniably successful as Rutgers head coach before, and they weren’t getting anyone better, so I think this is a good hire. Still now idea how his defense was so bad last year.

You don’t kill a rivalry by showing up for it. Those useless idiots up north refuse to hold up their end of the bargain. Not our fault.

The Iron Bowl showed this year why they are a more revelant rivalry at the moment, even if history is on our side. Auburn takes advantage when they have a chance to beat Bama and TTUN just falls on their face every year. I mean, Tressel and Urban and Day are great but they are not Saban. We’ve won as juggernauts and as underdogs and as evenly matched highly ranked teams. We’ve won blowouts and shootouts and nailbiters.

Michigan is just living up to our mantra: they fucking suck.

This year was still a fun win as a Buckeye, and I’m excited to see how far this team goes. But it was a bit of letdown compared to last year since we were supposed to finally lose. This year that talk all felt hollow, the outcome was almost never in true question yesterday.

The issue is it seems like for Michigan to even have a chance they have to clearly have the better team.

They never actually compete with us when we're the better team anymore.

That wasnt the case in the Cooper years, where they regularly won even when wed be better.

Their last win was a fucking last second nail biter during OSUs lone down year of tge last 20. At Michigan. So that's what it takes now. A 6-6 ohio state team that just fired its coach and even then its iffy.

If they had won that 2016 game I wonder if things would be different.

Whatever. I hope they never win another game.

Seems like most people believe LSU and OSU are in regardless. Clemson is in with a win. 4th spit is between Georgia, Oklahoma, Utah and Baylor.

I think if Georgia loses, Oklahoma is in. If Baylor wins, I think Utah is 4. If Baylor wins and GEorgia and Utah lose, I think they’re in.

let’s say UGA loses:

Is Utah out if OU wins? Utah was ahead of Oklahoma in last week’s playoff ranking albeit that could change with OU’s win over an at-the-time 3-loss team?

I think at the very least it warrants a discussion.

I think Utah vs Oklahoma will likely come down to this Tuesday. The difference between beating Oregon and Baylor is negligible.

I think whichever team is ranked higher on Tuesday will remain higher.

Of course, this is assuming nothing like 59-0 happens. Or one of them playing like complete shit in an ugly victory.
