Literally anyone who is moderately competent at golf could do that stuff.

Half of them were even shanks.

Oh of course. And I'm sure he's capable of much cooler trick shots. The stuff he showed there was on par with Happy Gilmore stuff though.

Anyways, back to butts on faces.

To someone who has played or watched golf before, it's like watching a basketball trick shot video in which most of the shots just whack the backboard or glance off the rim. The kind of video you make when you're out with friends and you've all had a few beers. Doesn't mean he's not a talented golfer, but not much talent was on display on that particular occasion :chuckle:

Danny was also drafted by the Blue Jays, if I am not mistaken? I would take a Danny Ainge level player of a NBA pro out of Windler.

Windler has a lot of just really good basketball skills and enough athleticism to get by. Reminds me of a bigger Korver with his all around game coming out of college.
Yep, not only was Ainge drafted by the Blue Jays, he made it to the majors and went 0 for 3 (like everyone did) in Len Barker’s perfect game.

I didn't know he was part of Len Bakers perfect game, that is crazy.

I do know he has some weird record for the Blue Jays still like youngest to ever homer or something like that.

I looked it up see if I recognized anyone else. Ainge was 0 for 2, he was pinch hit for in the 9th.

Thanks. I remember watching that game and remembering Ainge was in that game when I saw him on the Celtics couple years later. Jorge Orta hit a homer, Harrah the 3rd basemen made a great catch at the railing in foul territory and of course, Manning final out. Incredible night.

Reactions: Lee
an athletic Larry Bird

That’s some huge shoes to fill. Larry was my favorite player that wasn’t a Cavalier. What made him special was his will, IQ and incredible vision. Bird left it all on the court and hated losing more than he did winning, maybe that’s why I like Baker, he has the same mindset.

I don't know man. I play golf at least three times a week, (hdcp. is 5.2) and I can't do too many golf tricks. I can score though.

Seen a lot of "anyone can do that", but no "I can do that". Interesting.
