Really excited for this boy, just love his ability to space the floor so much. Hope it translates to the next level (given his range I suspect it will)

He's an interesting guy. Way more coordinated than he looks at first glance.

Well, he was a stud amateur golfer before he finally chose to focus on basketball late in his HS career

For sure. I am not sure all stud golfers can do what is shown in that video tho.

I mean the Combine really said a lot. He looks athletic in videos, but he is so gangly he looks a little uncoordinated, and nothing could be further from the truth. He has spooky coordination. Very high fg% around the rim, very good accuracy from 3, and he has -1 handicap when he isn't even golfing much. I am really high on Windler

If that is the case, Danny Ainge would be a god. (also a great baseball player too on top of good enough golfer to have gone pro)

Danny was also drafted by the Blue Jays, if I am not mistaken? I would take a Danny Ainge level player of a NBA pro out of Windler.

Windler has a lot of just really good basketball skills and enough athleticism to get by. Reminds me of a bigger Korver with his all around game coming out of college.

Yes, he was drafted by the Blue Jays. One of the greatest 3 sport stars. Greatest is probably Dave Winfield, drafted in all 3 main sports, HOF in one.

I know some much less accomplished golfers than Windler who can do similar trick shots to what was shown in the video. I would assume just about every scratch golfer could do that stuff fairly easily.

None of them is 6'9, ambidextrous ginger though. One of a kind.
