2019 Draft, Pick #30 - Kevin Porter Jr., USC

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
He's going to get another chance with the Cavs I have no doubt about that.
He is young and immature no doubt and if he has any issues beyond that the cavs will bend over backwards to help
him. He doesn't have anything pending with the law so I don't see why they wouldn't give him another chance.
Probably in some counseling and when they feel he's good to go they will ease him back in...maybe they have begun to do that...none of us know for sure.

I think the fact that he's now with the team he's trending in the right direction. I think the team internally decided to keep him away because of the incidents.
I don't believe that to be the case. We can hope that being back around the team will jumpstart him in the right direction, but so far it doesn't sound like he's doing what he needs to be doing.

where are you seeing he's back with the team? I thought he was still hanging out with Carmelo Anthony.

He was in the facility, but I have not heard he has been practicing with the team yet. He was supposed to be this week

I was gonna say I swear I saw KPJ getting hype about something back there...so great just to see him on the bench and engaged

Not trying to be smart but if you’ve read more and have better insight to the situation please enlighten us!
There is the car crash he had with the gun and the weed, the confrontation with police where he made threats against security guards and police officers, and also the incident where he allegedly punched a woman in the face and ripped out her weave.

All of these incidents happened in a short span of time, so I think the Cavaliers are keeping him out for a good reason and are trying to get his head straight.

FYI - KPJ is at the game tonight with the team on the bench and cheering them on. He is spending a lot of time together with Collin Sexton.

Yeap,I saw him at the huddle a couple of times too. It's good to see him though..

Ok but isn’t him practicing today and being at the game tonight a major step forward considering we haven’t seen him all season?

Already posted multiple times in this thread. However, here's the link so you can follow it yourself.

In all due respect that article is old news! People have read or known about all of those facts! That’s what people are asking...they haven’t heard anything since then. But as a poster said he was at the game tonight so at least we see he’s back with his teammates!

No, that's not what was asked. What was asked was if there was anything else other than him flipping his car. And that video is the other incident. Maybe you knew about it, but the postwr to whom I was reaoinding clearly did not.
