Sorry, I just get tired of hearing the standard off season cliches. He added 15 lbs of muscle. Thousand jump shots every day. It's been the same shit for every player for years and almost always is nothing more than PR hype

Tristan Thompson shot 39% from 3 this year. He can shoot a wide open 3. I don't want him taking them off the dribble.

Tristan is strong as hell and has guarded Bam, Jokic, Aldridge, and other elite centers effectively for years.

Collin, Larry, and Ceid all went from nonshooters to above average.

Hat to break it to you, but the staff lately has made real strides in development. Shooting is one area we should not complain about as Cavs fans.

Yeah, i discount those "looks great in the gym" reports completely. They could be spin for potential trades, or just be a guy who routinely hits shots in the gym but not in games.

Not that we have any reason to believe that about Garland in particular....
