he missed a lot of layups and floaters lol

His 3 was actually not too bad last year...if anything he was just a little bashful. The main area where Garland can improve this year is finding a reliable way to finish when he’s attacking. He seems to think he has a floater but I’ve yet to see any results. I hope he continues to work on it because he can get it pretty much at will and with his size he doesn’t have too many other options.

Nance has said some very positive things about Garland. Excited because it is not just a Cavs FO source talking him up. Excited to see the steps forward he takes this year. Love the focus on D. Sounds like Bickerstaff is stressing that hard. Very happy to hear.

It was definitely a challenge for Garland as he only played 5 games in college and got injured. He was not used to playing against big men so he got stronger. Talk is cheap but am looking forward to his game.

Hopefully, he recovers enough value that we can flip him for something that will fit the rest of the team better. A young big perhas?

Who is this Evan shill?

I was willing to give him a Mulligan for last season. It was basically his Freshman year and he was never at 100%. Even with that, there were some glimpses. If that speed comes in and he can play some D, I like where he can go.

Last I checked, we need a PG. Sexton is a SG.

If you can find me a tall PG then I'm down. Sexton is too short to defend most 2s in the league now. He is a 1 on defense and 2 on offense. You need someone like Haliburton or Lonzo next to him.
