2019 Minor League Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Quick riser then?

Yes.

If he was healthy and played a full AZL season last year he’d have started in Lake County this year IMO.

He has the nicest swing I’ve ever seen from a prospect, and I’m not saying that just because he’s an Indians prospect. Others have said its the best minor league swing they’ve seen in 20 years.

What’s crazy is we have 2 carbon copies of really good hitters in our system right now. Valera does look exactly like Cano. But Gabby Rodriguez has a lot of J.D. Martinez in his swing as well.

They both have a long way to go, obviously, but the Indians have been and will be going to levels previously never reached with their International signings. Dolan’s, believe it or not, have shelled out a shit ton of money to establish themselves better in the Caribbean, which includes what I think is now the nicest baseball facility located there, and that’s going to help a ton moving forward.

Lot to be excited about with the farm and where it could be heading.

Does anyone know anything about the Jordan Stephens kid we picked up from the White Soxs? From the scouting reports I am finding, I don't see anything impressive why we got him on waivers, but oh well!

Valera not in MV's lineup tonight. Hopefully he's headed to LC....

Who plays for the Indians first: Tyler Freeman or Nolan Jones?

Freeman appears to be in line as the heir apparent to Lindor at SS. He’s now in MLB Pipeline’s Top 100 as well.
