2019 NBA Playoffs Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
People don't want to admit it but there's something wrong with warriors chemistry. It would be hilarious if klay and the snake both leave this year.

How pissed must the Lakers be that the Clippers are going to be competing for exactly the same free agents they are, are a better team with a better coach, and will also be selling themselves as LA's team? The Lakers argument is going to be reduced to but..sputter...but...PURPLE AND GOLD!

There's no such thing as a mentally soft, front-running dynasty.

Especially when they've come-from-behind to win series literally 4x as many times as they've actually lost a series.

I disagree. Being soft and skilled isn't mutually exclusive.
Durant, Curry and Klay are all soft. I think that actually helped they're chemistry.
Do they ever argue? Who is the alpha?..I think they're all beta's.

Has anyone ever seen Curry and Klay have an argument? Ever?
Even Draymond called KD a bitch. What did KD do? Nothing.

Skilled yes..but they have no balls.

Lets see KD win on a team without two of the best shooters in the game.

Let's see KD not win.

Huge bounce back game from Jamal Murray, he was terrible in game 1. I really like this kid, glad to see him put up a performance like this, needs to keep it up.

They've lost one series in the last four years and it took an unprecedented series of events (suspensions, injuries and historic performances) for that to happen.

They've also won every single playoff series they've been trailing in dating back to 2015. They're so talented that they haven't been trailing many times, but they rallied from deficits twice in 2015, once in 2016, and once in 2018.
They have one of the most stacked rosters in the history of pro sports in the last 40 years if not more. Think about this, they only have a ring in my opinion if Irving and love don’t have season ending injuries 4 years ago and cp3 does not blow out his hammy in game 5 last year. It took a historic jump in the Salary cap for Durant to fit, one you may never see in a single season again. They are very talented but they have been beyond lucky the last 4 years in terms of everything basically going there way on and off the court.
The one time it does not Curry throes his mouth piece into the stands, his wife tweets that the nba is rigged and they beg Durant to join. Without Durant I don’t think they would have ever won again beyond the first year.

Look they are a great team, but they have also had more fortune go thier way then any franchise in pro sports in the modern era.

Let’s go Rockets!

They are literally going to ask Lebron to do what Magic was suppose to do recruit like crazy. Lebron is going to have to pitch every single big time FA this summer. It is going to be interesting to see how it plays out if he gets frustrated that he is now their acting GM when he was planning to use the summer to produce tv shows and work on future movies. He may have a “ this is not what I signed up for moment” pretty early in July.

Can add that Spurs likely would've beat them in 2017 if Pachulia hadn't taken out Kawhi. Basically took a miracle for them to win each of their three championships.

What adversity have they faced during their run? They won their first championship because of injuries, and they won their last two because of enormous talent disparities. They've had one tough series over the past two seasons, and their opponent lost their second best player. The one championship that they lost, they blew a 3-1 lead. They started feeling pressure and they melted down. Curry threw his mouth guard into the stands like a child. His wife was complaining on twitter about the refs rigging the games.

I’m in awe that someone is arguing with you on this

Saw someone point out on twitter that Murray is the same age as Ingram and Jokic is the same age as Kuzma. Interesting.

It looks like Denver's first time in the playoffs. They have looked mostly bad and can't believe their offense is being disrupted. Good learning experience for mostly young team.

Pacers with maybe the worst last minute in NBA history.

Rockets looking to break the three point record at this point. Or maybe they just always play like this. They make a lot of threes man.

And it seems like Capela is shutting down every drive.

Feel bad for Korver but Crowder can kick rocks.
