2019 NFL Regular Season Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I don’t know. They could, but GB’s offense isn’t that dynamic. The skill set players KC has will give them problems. And SF struggles against QBs that roll out of the pocket, their defensive backs lose containment too easy.

I like KC, but should be a good one. SF is definitely the best team they’ve seen though.

just a hunch. Love their style.

but i love mahomes too.

honestly it has the makings of an instant classic.

I agree, I think it should be good. I give KC the edge. Mahomes is the best in the business. But SF is obviously really good

Well this might not be completely over. Green Bay hanging by a pube hair. They got to score fast

That last play is why I feel SF will struggle, against KC. Their backs lose containment when QBs roll out. And Mahomes does it better and has better weapons.

I think this is a game where home field made a big difference. If Packers didn't start so slow, this could be a different story.

Absurd that Jimmy G was able to go an hour and a half without even attempting a pass.

I think SF was just soundly better. Up 2 tds in the fourth with Kittle having just one catch. They didn’t even need the entire arsenal to beat them

That is true for sure. But Packers at least showed they weren't totally garbage at the end.

Riding the annual godfather NFL playoffs roller coaster. :chuckle:

Kyle Shanahan is just like his dad... a GOAT-level offensive coordinator. The stuff he’s doing with run blocking and scheming is unlike anything the NFL has seen before.

My money right now is on Kansas City because they have the best player and Reid is fantastic... but I am not sure how you’re supposed to stop the 49ers’ offense. They barely used play action, which is their most deadly play, and I think we’ll see a lot of it in two weeks.

I’m not an Ohio State guy, but Nick Bosa is becoming one of my favorite players in the league. I love watching him play, and he can wreck a game.

The one thing I don’t like for the Chiefs, their line is shaky and they’ve not seen a pass rush like this. Titans and Houston don’t get after the QB, and was a perfect storm for Mahomes.

Still; it’s hard to hold the Chiefs down offensively. Jimmy G is going to have to make plays for SF to win. He can’t do literally nothing like tonight.

I thought Green Bay would win because they’d control the tempo running the ball, and roll Rodgers out to make just enough plays. But they were forced to become pass happy against SF. And they are outmatched playing like that against SF.

KC definitely is not. I like KC still, but I think it’s pretty close. SF could pull it out and it might just be their year. It should be a great one. These are the best teams

I think the difference is going to come down to SF's offense being a good deal better than the KC D.

I think SF will find ways to keep Mahomes frustrated in the first half and we'll see SF up by a coulple touchdowns at half.

And then it will be a shootout after KC makes adjustments.
