2019 NFL Regular Season Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Could Stafford be more of a spaz?

dude tripped over his own feet twice in the goal line

We can argued that the brownies are playing undiscplined.

That is very much true.

But the way this league is being ran...

Very obvious...there's something fucking fishy going on.

Bad officiating is about to leave its mark on this game. I would be livid if I was a Lions fan.

I am a Lions fan. I am also use to the refs screwing us over. I'm also done with the NFL for the time being. Likely won't watch another game this year. So anyone got suggestions for how to spend my Sundays?

Read a book, hang with friends and family, take on a new hobby, or admit to yourself that for some reason you keep coming back to this silly game lol

@SuperSurge and I have been getting yardwork done for years.

I look at sports teams as any other product that I either purchase or don’t purchase every year and my currency is time and energy.

From 2008 when they were supposed to be competitive up to the Hoyer year when they were competitive, I watched the first 1-2 games to test the water. When it was clear that the incompetence from the FO and coaching and yet another shitty QB had made them unwatchable, I did not watch another down after that.

I watched all of last season bc I was bought in on Ken Dorsey and thought Tyrod could make the offense watchable. Then Baker blew up.
I’ll probably watch this whole season just bc they’ll be in every game. But the product is underachieving.

Yard work is a good one and you can easily get caught up in it.

At what point do we start asking if there’s something nefarious happening with the NFL officiating? The most profitable sports league in the country employing severely incompetent referees doesn’t make a ton of sense considering what’s at stake.

I have been beating that drum for years now. None of my friends want to hear it. All you have had to do is watch any Patriot game for the last....18 years? Especially the big games. You ever notice how they are never ever the team that gets screwed? Has it ever happened? Never get a td overturned. Every close review the other team has when playing them goes the Pats way. You will never in your life see happen to them what happened to the Lions last night. Al Riveron is really up their ass. I dont know the reason its been this way since the Tuck game, but it has and its so damn obvious. My friends just refuse to believe the game they grew up loving could be tainted in anyway.
