2019 NFL Regular Season Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Watching the Vikings feed Cook, on the ground, in the flats, that should be how the Browns use Chubb.

With his superior speed and YAC he should be the absolute focal point of the offense.

It would also open things up downfield.

Me on Matt Ioannidis back in the 2016 thread:

4 (138) - Matt Ioannidis - DL - Temple - The LB from Temple got the love for their amazing season, but Ioannidis was a tough dude to move in the middle and made plays all over the field. He's a bit undersized but profiles well for the outside of a 3-4. Needs to refine technique and play lower/with better leverage, but can play early as a rotational guy and hopefully develop into a starter. (film linked)

Dude has turned into more than a starter. He's an elite player.

He's absolutely dominant tonight.

Haskins pass to interception rate right now has to be historic. Good lord.

I believe every team gets at least 1 Thursday night game

This is factually correct. Every team gets a Thursday night game every year, thus giving every team at least one prime-time game. This is why the Browns have been on Thursday night football literally every year despite being fucking garbage for most of them.

Didn't realize Brees is back. I figured the Saints would give him another week. Teddy has been playing well enough, and the Cardinals, are bad.

Still amazed the Saints didn't lose a single game with Brees out. And they played some tough teams. Got to be the team to beat at the moment. Pats are there too. Still don't know yet how good the Packers are. But obviously they're at the top, too.

Can I say something?

OJ Simpson is really good at talking football. If you watch his Twitter videos he's.........awesome

It's like Urban Meyer and A-Rod in the studio but better. There's no way that it would happen but if any of these networks hired OJ they would instantly be the highest rated show. People would tune in for the craziness but he's honestly very good at breaking down the game. He's just a natural.

Soooo jealous of how the Rams get Kupp the ball
