2019 NFL Regular Season Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Baker is going to get fucked this weekend, isn't he...

I hate that this is the week we are reshuffling our offensive line and may be replacing 2 starters.
Baker better be ready to get rid of the ball ,,,quickly.

I'm not sure I buy any of those teams as NFC title contenders.

Best two teams IMO are the Saints then maybe the Packers. I actually don't think Seattle is very good, but just being carried by a great QB.

The 49ers are great, but without a QB.

Saints are cruising and about to get their HOF QB back. Packers look legit, and well, they do have Rodgers.

Cowboys?

Gregggggg!

Must spend $200 a week on hair dye.

And it isn't enough.

Someone should've told Darnold playing the in the NFL and against the Patriots was gonna be harder...FB_IMG_1571712457961.jpg

Darnold's performance (or lack there of) is a bit intriguing to me as we try to figure out how our own QB situation is supposed to shake out.

Is what occurring to Darnold, and Mayfield relatively normal for young QBs?

Or...should we be more so expecting what's occurred with Lamar Jackson, Deshaun Watson and Patrick Mahommes?

Why have the above been able to "Win" games right off the bat, while our own QB is sort of stuck in traction for the time being?

Maybe you have me on ignore but I'll explain again for the 10th time.

QBs generally don't improve from year 1 to year 2, improvement is seen after year 2.

So the only possible outlier would be Jackson and I haven't compared last year's stats to this year's but gut tells me he isn't doing anything this year special over last year. The rest have followed the trend.

But trying to evalate on 3-7 games is difficult (not sure how many darnold has actually played), Everyone will see ebb and flow within a season.
