I normally don’t just comment something like lol or haha and just express it with the “haha” faceWhy are we asking about this hypothetical scenario?
P.S. What would happen if the grass at Progressive Field turned into lava during the middle of the game?
We’d have to then replace some outfielders. Why are we asking about this hypothetical scenario?

Nice job by them to take the lead after going down 5-2.Oakland might be bringing the sex today

Actually asked this question in the game thread and again you become a dismissive jerk
It was and is a fair question ... I am very aware of the rules regarding loss of DH
Perhaps asking a question as a fan is out of the question here
All I was seeking was a straight answer from those who act like experts at other times it is now obvious you are not sure either so you hide that lack of knowledge by poking fun at another
In the event that we lost two infielders in the same game, I'll say Kipnis and Lindor for this example, we'd probably set up our emergency MLB infield like this:
3B - Carlos Santana
SS - Mike Freeman
2B - Jose Ramirez
1B - Jake Bauers
If we lost one of our MLB infielders for an extended period, the most likely candidates to come up and replace them on our 40-man roster are:
- Andrew Velazquez
- Yu Chang
- Eric Stamets
But not Greg Allen. We’d have to then replace some outfielders.

I honestly have no idea if you're asking about a hypothetical game situation or you're actually concerned that we don't have enough emergency infielders on the roster.Actually asked this question in the game thread and again you become a dismissive jerk

@Stark gave the right response. It's probably Chang who gets first dibs if we need an everyday bat. Maybe stamets if we start freeman, or if it's a shorter term injury.
