Do you mean when Danny Ainge and Boston move into the top 3? :party smiley 004:
Well then we would know it was truly rigged.

That said, in all honesty, the ONLTY time I might be convinced the league rigged the lotto was during our pst LeBron 3 out of 4 year run winning the lotto, as some sort of hush money pay off for the blatant tampering Mickey Arison's son did while a member of the Team USA organization in the years leading up to Bron, Wade, and Bosh's FA.

Also, as far as the Wire and the NBA, look at a picture of Okoro now, then look at a picture of Ty Lue, now imagine them both grossly out of shape at age 50 and tell me it ain't Prop Joe. And once you see it, you can never unsee it. I've been cursed with this vision, holding it inside with Lue for years and then bam, here come's Okoro double the effect.

It was so obvious

And then when Taylor first announced he wanted to sell the Wolves, how they miraculously won the lottery to make them more appealing :chuckle:

I added a new bit to my last post, just for you.

The thing that trips me up about it being rigged is when the Lakers could have won a few years straight and instead ended up with guys like Lonzo, Russel, Randle, and Ingram instead of Embiid, KAT, Simmons?

Ironically, theres a guy here in Nashville that's always on the music scene and I see him at venues for the kinds of shows I go to. Looks EXACTLY like Prop Joe, doesnt even need to gain weight.

This guy takes the role for me :chuckle:

Orlando and Philly neck and neck

CMON MAGIC!!!

So for the Lakers/Warriors game. If Lakers lose can they miss the playoffs?

Winner of their game gets the 7 seed. Loser gets the winner of the 9/10 matchup, and whoever wins that gets the 8 seed. So Lakers need to lose both games to not make it.

Got into a heated barbershop discussion.

LeBron James played 45 games out of 72 total. He's not All-NBA to me. Not even the 3rd team.

He'll get a pass though, because his career will overlap the seasonal vote, which is bullshit and ruins the integrity of these yearly awards in the 1st place.

What about Embiid, who played only 5 more games than him?

Embiid is a different case, he's fortunate he's a Center first and foremost when it comes to the All NBA discussion. When it comes to talent, Gobert, KAT and Bam is behind him, KAT didn't play much.

Embiid was also in the MVP discussion most of his time played in competition with Jokic. His team also clinched homecourt throughout the East. He played 50 games, but my idea is he's fortunate to be at the Center position. I can accept Embiid taking the 3rd NBA spot, 2nd at best.

Vs LeBron arguably taking the 3rd team spot away from PG13 or Tatum. 2 players who deserve more recognition for 2020-21.

It's fine if you use the fact that the position helps his case because there are less Centers to put ahead of him, but I think it made no sense for him to be in the conversation for MVP given the number of games he played. LeBron was actually first in the MVP race I think when he went down, and never got there again precisely because of games played, so Embiid shouldn't be there either.

At the end of the day, in a shortened season, 50 games is still a whole hell lot more than 45 games. It's definitely position based for my case of Embiid making 2nd or 3rd All-NBA.

Good Lord??? We are actually quibbling about 45-50 games???? Please!!! Most players can sleep walk through 50 games! LBJ has been a BEAST throughout his career and dodged major injury bullets. I always said the only injury that would cause him troubles would a high ankle sprain (exactly what he got) especially with the weight he carries! To me LBJ gets a pass!
