I was impressed with the skating format, 2 45sec free skates then 5 best moves. They got judged on top 4 scores. The broadcast team was cheeks during the qualifying heats. But during the finals Tony Hawk did a better job explaining why those moves are getting such high scores. They all look the same to me.

Tough loss for Ledecky last night. She seemed to be in good position to win but got overtaken on the last 100 m. Credit to the Aussie girl.

It was an awesome race, and she was very classy in her losing. Kind of awesome moment to the Aussie kid.

On to the next for Ledecky, she is already an all time great swimmer, just now figuring how high up the list she goes.
