I think the Hawks make the playoffs.
I think the Sixers made a sneaky good move trading Josh Richardson for Seth Curry that will end up making Philly legit contenders.
I think the East, is again, pretty wide open. Milwaukee, Boston, Miami, Philly, and Indiana are all capable of making it out. Right now, my money is on Boston.
The West should just be the Lakers and Clippers, though Denver has an outside chance again. I think the Clippers got better by choosing Ibaka over Harrell.
Four teams that didn't make the playoffs last year will expect to make them this year: Minnesota, New Orleans, Phoenix, and Sacramento. OKC and Houston should be out, so that leaves only two spots for four teams. Right now, I'm leaning New Orleans and Phoenix.
My prediction for the final standings are:
East:
1) Milwaukee
2) Boston
3) Philadelphia
4) Indiana
5) BKN
6) Miami
7) Toronto
8) Atlanta

West:
