Agreed, but I do think they stick with him if he beats the Cardinals and the Bengals. If Kitchens loses to the Cardinals and the Bengals, he’ll get fired.

Then they definitely need to shake up the staff around him and force him to give up playcalling. For the talent that this team has on offense, there’s no excuse for them struggling to score as much as they have this year.

He needs to go into next season ready to actually instill discipline in this team, too.

Just sucks. I don’t know how they’ve seen enough redeeming qualities out of him to justify keeping him around.

Very curious to see how this all unfolds, though. Provided we don't finish 0-3, I'd be OK keeping Kitchens. But shakeups are different needed on the staff. Monken & Wilks need to be shot to the moon.

They "want" him to remain there. Whether he will or not was not something he claimed.
