2020 CFP Sugar Bowl | #3 Ohio State vs. #2 Clemson | January 1st, 2021 @ 8 PM EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Man it's probably because I was a kid and watching with my dad so it meant more, but I feel like my first three or four all come from the 2002 team.

The wins over Michigan and Purdue and Miami at least the top 3. And 4 might be the year prior and the win over Michigan. After all of those years of being beaten by them, getting those two in a row felt like a changing of the guard. And it was!
Beating Michigan was just something else.

I don't think folks who didn't live thru the Cooper era knew how agonizing that was. Joey Galloway, Terry Glenn, Orlando Pace, shawn springs and yet Michigan always won with Ohio guy like Woodson. So depressing till it flipped

Have some serious doubts Fields will be a-go for the next game.

Another really, really great win I'll always remember: The one @Texas after they got lucky in Ohio Stadium the year prior with Vince Young.

The Miami win is probably at the top of the list. That team was up their with the absolute most talented teams ever. Frank Gore was their 3rd string RB. Their defensive backfield was insane. Ed Reed, Philip Buchannon, Mike Rumph. Antrelle Rolle on the bench. They hadn't lost a game in over two years. The team the year prior is, for my money, the most talented team to ever step onto a field.

That really, truly felt like slaying goliath.

Oh yeah, that was great one. Whooped their ass, too.

I was at the game in 2005, that really sucked. One of the few games that still kinda bothers me.

No doubt.
