Physically, I would think he's definitely got the tools to succeed at the next level. Great arm, great runner, 6'3, 228. On a more cerebral level, takes good care of the ball and shows the ability to make some tough throws (the throw to his receiver after he slipped, the TD pass to Wilson, etc.).

I think whichever team gets him is going to be very happy, and I don't think the gap between him and Lawrence is really as much as people might think.
