is 9-13 really a bad spot for a player like that? I feel like there was barely 9 solid starting/strong contributing level players in the 2015 draft
I think it's a bit high...if a player's ceiling is league-average on one end of the court, then it better be through the roof on the other end of the court for me to draft him in the lottery. I don't think Kaminsky was that caliber of offensive prospect, and I don't think Garza is either though he may be a bit closer.
