2020 NFL OFF-SEASON THREAD

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
So here is my insider information: Jalen Hurd lives in my building (as does Navarro Bowman).

I asked Mr. Hurd today in the elevator if he thought the season would actually happen.

His answer was
"Maybe."

I've got a friendly contact with the Ravens, and asked him if he knew of anyone who would be opting out.

He said "No one I know of has even talked about it."

He knows I'm a lifelong Browns fan and when I told him I'd be fine if him and Lamar wanted to sit out, he made fun of me for a week. :chuckle:

Another Patriot opts our. I don’t think this season will happen but that is 7 players. They are tanking.

I don't know if riding an elevator with you will allow him to not catch whichever affliction you currently have so maybe is right. Really do hope everything is getting better with you.

I wear a mask.

To get what I have he'd have to make out with me.

And I wasn't in the mood so I said no.

Jets LB CJ Mosely is the next big name to opt-out.

Didn't even realize he left the Ratbirds, who had appeared to go on an unlimited talent-adding arms race with DWolfe/CCampbell/Fluker/Dobbins/etc., but had to let some talent go to make room.

Jets are a de facto division rival anyway, as this coming year will mark the 6th straight year of us playing them, and the 2018 game was arguably one of the biggest in our history with Baker's debut as well as the first win in nearly 2 years. 2022 will be either our 8th or 9th time playing them in 10 years!

Kittle signs a 5 year, 75m dollar extension.

Well deserved.

Although the NFL market apparently agrees with my assertion about his value compared to Garrett's, which I was ridiculed for: https://realcavsfans.com/index.php?...helmet-reinstated.48022/page-124#post-3381389

With that out of the way... :) Watching Hard Knocks right now. Liking Anthony Lynn's plug about Cleveland. Forgot, I mean didn't know, that he coached 8-Ball Jamal Lewis during the Derek Anderson Pro Bowl year.

Oh YOU'RE the one. :p

Re: Source

LOL at any article that for the LA teams says "it's unclear."

Of course for the Raidahs last year there also was a drama component with Mr. Big Chest.

I remember reading that when the Rams came back from their last Super Bowl there were just a tiny handful of fans at the airport waiting...that was honestly pretty sad to read/see the photo of.

Deleted some comments. Take it to the political side, or DM's.

Moving along.

Was talking with a buddy that wondered how long until we just copy the Soccer model and call teams "Cleveland FC" for football club. Is that why they do it?

Looks like they are dead serious about the culture change:

Northwestern grad, and played for the Browns for 4 years.

Between this and replacing Bro of Chucky with Riverboat Ron, they have good actions to go with their words.

Trouble in paradise for the Gazilion Pro Bowlers Dream Team?

I remember calling out the Ravens' "zero-tolerance" policy on DV that they have supposedly have had since Ray Rice - which still allows Jimmy Smith a spot on their roster, and allowed Terrell Suggs to stay on their team before - and even though Earl Thomas might not have been the instigator in his off-field incident from several months ago, it looks like he's bad news.

Earl Thomas is like Kyrie, doesn’t know what he wants.

Dunbar being available to play is huge for Seahawks as bummy Trey Flowers isn’t needed as much
