2020 NFL Regular Season Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I tried to get people to see it but I just ended up dying alone on the hill. Dude has special arm talent and a great mentality. He still has a lot of room to grow too, it's crazy to think how good he'll be if he keeps developing.

That said, he's faced a lot of cupcake defenses this year. He could easily have some rough games when the schedule gets harder.
Yeah, dude, we know. You literally never stopped letting us know and still have him as the profile picture

it’s funny though that Allen was talked about right after Wentz. Remember there was a time when missing on Wentz was the biggest blunder in franchise history and he was the leader of the next gen of QBs and a perennial MVP candidate

...... then he wasn’t.

let’s see Allen do it for more than a dozen games before we crown his ass. He also plays a very wreckless game that exposes him to a ton of hits

I’m not going to be upset with the organization for not taking Allen because good god was he bad in college but for some reason I think it’s hilarious that he’s doing well and would it more hilarious if he sustained it.

I think people have hopped on the Kyler Murray bandwagon a little too soon.

He's been very pedestrian this year and didn't light the league on fire last year.

Not to say he won't be good. But he's currently NOT good. He's very average.

He is super electric as a runner, though. Like, he's on that Vick/Lamar level.

Kyler is so sudden. Lamar is obviously fast, and plenty shifty, but Kyler has the best burst from a QB since Vick.
To be fair, he might look more sudden because he's simply shorter...
Speaking of, he's got a rocket given his size. Really surprising to see how much arm strength he has as that size.

He's small though. I worry about him having to be primarily a runner like Lamar. Not that Lamar is huge, but Murray is tiny.

He's small, but he knows how to slide and way too shifty and fast to get a solid hit on him.

He’s so little out ther that it’s kind of funny lolololololololol

It looks like a kid got a chance to play in an NFL game or something

Kyler actually has a lot of same problems as Mayfield which isn’t surprising considering they came out of the exact same offense.

Neither one of them play with a lot of anticipation. They both really need to see guys come open before they can pull the trigger. This was almost never an issue at Oklahoma because they schemed guys wide open on virtually ever play and their OL rarely gave up pressure.

The difference is that Kyler is one of the five best athletes to ever play QB and Mayfield is firmly a below average athlete. Murray’s threat to run and his ability to use his athleticism to escape trouble is his ultimate equalizer over Mayfield.

The Cowboys are God-awful.

They have no energy and I think Mike McCarthy perhaps pissed off some ancient god of some kind because I have never seen a team, other than the Browns, have every break go against them every time.

That offense is hilariously inept.

It took eight tries for them to score a TD inside the eight yard line and their receivers had beat their man each time.

Dalton has other attributes that go his way though.

Wouldn't you agree, @Hydroponic3385?
