2020 NFL Regular Season Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
To be fair, Brady went to a team that is absolutely loaded with talent. The Patriots skill position players are terrible and have been for a couple of years now.

People like to jerk off the Steelers for their WR drafting, but I'm not sure anyone has been better than the Bucs in recent history. Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, Scott Miller, Tyler Johnson, and Justin Watson is an insanely talented WR room.

While i agree with most of this, i just want to say i would never jerk off the Steelers.

I still think Kliff Kingsbury is a really bad game manager. He’s great at developing talent, but I don’t like his playcalling or clock management.

But Vance Joseph is one of the best defensive playcallers in the NFL. Using Cover 0 in the second-half was brilliant.

And Kyler Murray, Chase Edmonds, and those receivers are all fantastic.

As some of you have seen, I’m a huge Cardinals fan by proxy.

Today has been insane for my heart. Also fuck the Sea Chickens and Russ is a bitch.

I mean i live here too and dont root against the Cardinals, but man calling out Russ like that, lol...but it was a good and a bit lucky win for the Cardinals, but same can be said for the Browns.

i was once invited about 6 years ago to go to Vegas with Kingsbury who is good friends with a guy i worked with. I couldnt go, married, kids, ect, but i guess atleast back then he was a crazy partier, lol

I didn’t expect Herbert to come in and light it up. I’m looking forward to seeing Tua.

Burrow is also on pace to beat Luck's rookie yardage record fairly easily (by 6%,) although even if he stays upright, playing with no dome and in AFC North weather works against that goal.

For anybody with an Athletic subscription, this is a great article on how creative the new Rams’ defensive coordinator is. Basically, he is using interior pressure to free up his linebackers and safeties.

Meanwhile, Ramsey has responsibility as the “Star”, which is evidently a DB that will take the opposition’s x-receiver if they have a real one, but if not, ostensibly plays as a nickel corner with slot, sometimes boundary, blitz, and single-high responsibilities.

Jets @ Chiefs currently at -19.5. @ SEA will be similar, I would think.

Who says they cover, and who says no? I remember getting the JAX-DEN -26.5 game in 2013 wrong in an against-the-spread tourney.

And TLaw all but indicated today he won't be going there this coming draft...fun times.

Cowboys traded a 1st round pick for Amari Cooper and pain him $100M and he doesn’t have a single target tonight.
