2020 Series #12 Indians at Royals Aug. 31 to Sep. 2

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Twins adding to their lead in the fifth...now up 6-1.

Chicagos awful defense struck twice for a pair of unearned runs.
Not many games remaining, so White Sox could hang in there until the bitter end, but they probably need a starter or two to get hot down the stretch...Tribe and Twins still strike me as a clear step better. We’ll see.

Naquin’s walk up music needs to be “wrecking ball” by Miley Cyrus.

I look forward to watching some of the Triston vid later as I was listening on the radio until the 7th.
Good to see a few guys have a nice nights at the plate...sounds like Naylor hit a few rockets that ended up as outS, so that is positive, too.
i love that they got Karinchak a few nights off, so hopefully he’ll be back his dominating ways soon. Wittgeren was pretty nasty in his inning.

I never thought I'd see Merrifield go 0-for-11 and Soler get pinch hit for. The Royals are in a world of hurt. That was 71 straight series where Merrifield had a hit until he ran into this pitching staff.

While Merrifield got 0 hits Reyes got 10. Unbelievable. The best approach when pitching to Reyes is jam him up and in and make him bloop a single into right field. Not as damaging as a double or home run.

Same formula in almost every Tribe win. Pitching, defense, and a big hit or two. There were three great defensive plays by DeShields, Santana, and Lindor. Naquin had the two big hits. And McKenzie pitched six shutout innings with help from the defense. I don't think Clevinger could have done better.

McKenzie could not get his breaking ball over consistently but his fastball is so good he got away with it. It's scary how good he could be if he could command his cutter and change-up.

Now for a day off to enjoy being in first place.

Sorry, watched some terminator 2 clips on YouTube earlier for some reason.

Done.

That was a fast ball down and in...right in Naquins dynamite zone.

Naquin has a weird hot zone, i feel like Tiger Woods taught Tyler how to hit, lol

Tired shoulder.. sounds like a revisit of his earlier stint on the IL..

What I was figuring to be honest. We will know in a day or so whats all going on but I hope he gets healthy soon.
